Job description

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our Lithia office. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting team productivity and maintaining a positive office environment. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration

    • Oversee day-to-day office functions including facilities, supplies, mail, and vendor coordination

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment

  • Staff & Team Support

    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative needs

    • Assist with onboarding new hires (workspace setup, access badges, etc.)

    • Coordinate with HR and IT on employee resources and office systems

  • Budgeting & Procurement

    • Track office expenses and manage budget for supplies and services

    • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)

  • Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations

    • Maintain emergency procedures and coordinate regular safety drills if required

  • Technology & Systems Oversight

    • Liaise with IT support to manage office equipment and software licensing

    • Monitor and maintain office technology (phones, printers, conference systems)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
