
Job description
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our Lithia office. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting team productivity and maintaining a positive office environment. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office functions including facilities, supplies, mail, and vendor coordination
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment
Staff & Team Support
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative needs
Assist with onboarding new hires (workspace setup, access badges, etc.)
Coordinate with HR and IT on employee resources and office systems
Budgeting & Procurement
Track office expenses and manage budget for supplies and services
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations
Maintain emergency procedures and coordinate regular safety drills if required
Technology & Systems Oversight
Liaise with IT support to manage office equipment and software licensing
Monitor and maintain office technology (phones, printers, conference systems)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
